We design WooCommerce stores, build automations with Make or Zapier, and support UK or US company setup for non residents.

2) What we collect

From forms, email, or WhatsApp we may collect:

  • Name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country

  • Company, website, and project details you send

  • Files you share by link, for example Google Drive or Dropbox

  • For UK or US company setup only, KYC and identity data such as passport or ID, proof of address, and date of birth to forward to formation partners

Payments

  • We do not collect card details on our site.

  • We send invoices through paystack, Stripe or PayPal. They process your payment.

7) Who we share data with, processors

We share only what we need to run our business:

  • Email and hosting providers

  • Analytics and ads platforms, Meta, TikTok, and Google

  • Automation platforms such as Make and Zapier, where used

  • File storage such as Google Drive or Dropbox, when you share links

  • Billing, Stripe or PayPal for invoices

  • Company formation partners for UK or US setup. We forward KYC documents only when needed
    All vendors must keep your data safe and use it only for our requests.

8) International transfers

We serve clients in Nigeria and worldwide, including the EU and UK.
Some providers store data in the United States.
We rely on approved safeguards, for example Standard Contractual Clauses, and each vendor’s security controls.

9) How long we keep data

  • Leads that do not become clients, 12 months

  • Client project records, 4 years

  • Invoices and finance, 7 years

  • KYC and ID for company setup, kept only as needed to file and verify, then deleted within 90 days unless the law requires longer

  • We work in your accounts where possible. You own the accounts

  • We use least privilege access

  • We remove access after handover or on request

  • If you prefer, we can host automations in our account. Access stays limited
    No method is perfect, but we take sensible steps to protect your data.

11) Your rights

Where laws like NDPR in Nigeria and GDPR or UK GDPR apply, you can:

  • Access a copy of your data

  • Ask us to correct or delete it

  • Object to or restrict certain uses

  • Withdraw consent for marketing

  • Ask for portability, where applicable

12) Children

Our services are not for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

13) Roles we play

For website leads and marketing, we act as a Data Controller.
For client work such as automations and company setup, we act as a Processor or Service Provider under your instructions.
